YDLD - About Us

We have been creating small gardens around homes sense 1980. In 1980 we started out under the name Lewis Gardens of South Carolina. We would landscape the homes around us during the summer every year until I finished school. After finishing school I went straight into the local work force and only landscaped my own yard. In 2009 I found a job with a landscaping company and realized just how much I had missed it. Even though we maintain the Lewis Gardens of South Carolina company name, We have kicked a few others around looking for one that would set us apart from all the rest. In 2009 we gave the name "The King's Landscape & Designs" a try. In 2010 we tried on the name "The Frog Pond King". In the mid-summer of 2010 we decided to go with "Yard Dog Landscapes and Design". In the mid-summer of 2016 we will have been operating under the Yard Dog name for six (6) years and plan to continue operating under that name for many more to come.

We are a home based business, keeping cost at a minimum so that we may pass our low cost on to our customers. Although our name is fairly new, our prices are not. We will beat any estimated price within reason. Don't believe us? Just give us a call to find out. 1 (843) 591 - 5309

we have a combind estimated thirty-two (32) years of experience behind us. Our help all have a few years each behind them, but no need for worry, because the owner will be on every job to assure the customer everything is to their specks and plans. The owner and his partners will stand behind all the work of our people and myself 100%. Always remember, with a lot of companies out there you only get what you pay for and no more.
